Setting up your Research Project in the Research Hub
Create a New Project | |
Create a Data Set | Import your query and resulting data frame into a Jupyter Notebook, RStudio, or SAS Studio as follows: Use the Cohort Builder to select participants for analysis. Use the Concept Set Builder to select relevant variables. Use the Dataset Builder to query the database, then directly import your query into the analysis environment. Alternatively, build or modify SQL queries directly in Jupyter without using the Cohort and Dataset Builders.

Publish your Results | Refer to the Data and Dissemination policy in regards to statisstics that may be reported using All of Us data. Refer to Publication and Presentation Policy in regards policies regarding public dissemination of manuscripts.
