Types of Queries

There are three types of queries you can run in i2b2. Click on each type of query to learn more and view examples.

Non-Temporal Query: Treat all groups independently (default query type)

Non-Temporal Query: Selected groups occur in the same financial encounter

Temporal Query: Defined sequence of events
