ELM Training for Non-Orchid Users

The steps below are for DHS users with an active E or C County ID number.

1) Please navigate to https://learningnet.lacounty.gov and authenticate using your DHS intranet ID (your count E or C#) and password. Be sure you are in the DHS VDI (VMWare Horizon) to access the link. You may need to access the LearningNet link through your DHS email if typing the URL does not work.

2) Click on the training icon.

3) Type “ELM” in the search window and choose the course “ELM Analytics Training for Non-Orchid Users” and ensure you have chosen the online class option.

4) Choose “Launch,” also found when you click the three dots.

5) When you have completed, submit a ticket to the helpdesk email helpdesk@dhs.lacounty.gov with your certification with the subject line “Request to Access ELM Analytics Data Discovery Tool.”
