DHS Reports Library

Please see the instructions below using DHS Intranet. First enter the DHS SharePoint page. Your DHS PI is responsible for compliance with DHS and HIPAA policy, including minimum necessary and IRB authorized PHI disclosure.  

Step 1 - In the DHS SharePoint page, go to the search bar at the top and type in “reports library,” or copy and paste link to browser: https://lacounty.sharepoint.com/sites/dhs-orchid/SitePages/Reports-Library.aspx

Step 2 - You are now in the ORCHID website. Click “Public - All Items” under the Search Bar.

Step 3 - Search for a report using key words such as “COVID-19” or “diabetes.”

Step 4 - Read the short description to see if the report suits your needs. If you would like access to that specific existing report, please see more details on how to request access at How to Submit a County Data Request to the DHS Informatics & Analytics Core. Please be sure the information in the reports reflect what is explicitly checked off in your study protocol (i.e. all elements of DOB, Address, etc.).
