Remote VDI Access

1. Link to access DHS e-mail Outlook from home PC: https://Outlook.office365.com  

2. Link to login to external VDI (remote access to DHS Desktop) after 6/30/21*:

Please open internet browser (Internet Explorer or Google Chrome) and type https://mydesktop.dhs.lacounty.gov  in the URL address.

*Note:

You must be enrolled in MS Office 365 MFA Authenticator and your personal laptop/PC must have VMWare Horizon Client install on it. For your convenience, download links for both Mac and Window are included below.  Please restart PC after downloading is completed.
