Vital Signs

Overview: Variables includes vital measurements that are commonly collected during encounters within the health system. i2b2 allows you to specify a particular vital sign value to search for in your query. You can specify that results must be equal to (=), less than (<), less than or equal to (), greater than (>), or greater than or equal to (≥) a vital sign value, or in between two specified vital sign values.

Once you drag and drop any vital sign variable into your query, the following pop-up window will appear:
