These variables are intended for use as part of the data request project plugin; the variables cannot be added to queries run in i2b2, Adding one of these variables to a query will provide a result of 0 patients.

Ident - Name | Patient’s full name (First, Middle Last) |
Ident - Medical Record Number | Medical record numbers (MRNs) are unique numeric identifiers assigned to each patient in the electronic medical records. MRNs can be used to look up a patients' medical records in KeckCare (Cerner) |
Location - Address line 1 | First line of the patient’s home address in the electronic medical records |
Location - Address line 2 | Second line of the patient’s home address in the electronic medical records |
Location - City | City of the patient’s home address in the electronic medical records |
Location - State or Province | State of the patient’s home address in the electronic medical records |
Location - Zip or Postal Code | Zip code of the patient’s home address in the electronic medical records |
Location - Country | Country of the patient’s home address in the electronic medical records |
Telcom - Email | Email address on file for the patient in the electronic medical records |
Telcom - Phone | Phone number on file for the patient in the electronic medical records |
Visit - Admit Date | Admission date associated with a patient’s inpatient hospitalization |
Visit - Discharge Date | Discharge date associated with a patient’s inpatient hospitalization |
Visit - Encounter ID | Unique identifier associated with a patient’s encounter or visit within the health system (such as an outpatient visit, inpatient hospital stay, etc.) |
