Manuscript Preparation and Publication
This page covers the following links available on the homepage of the N3C Enclave.
Prepare your Results
You can only export datasets and reports from the enclave for public dissemination, as long as your datasets and reports are summarized, non-identifiable results.
If you'd like to export a table from a Contour Analysis, you can convert that into a Dataset by clicking "Save As Dataset".
For other results (e.g. plots/figures, text/write-ups), they should be all added to a notepad. Make sure the notepad does not include any sensitive information. The count of patients for each bucket should be at least 20, to reduce the risk of re-identification.

Track the timeline of your download requests and response to reviewer comments.
During this whole review process, the content of your Report or Dataset will be frozen until the review is complete. In other words:
The results/data in your Report/Dataset will not update even if the underlying data or logic updates.
Consequently, if you want to download an updated Report or Dataset, you might have to submit another request via the Download Review Request Form.
