Recruitment Dashboard keeps track of progress of individual studies and shows accrual risk across various cohorts such as Department, Primary Investigators, Study Coordinators

Recruitment Dashboard consists of two dashboards:

  1. Accrual Dashboard

  2. At Risk Dashboard

ACCRUAL DASHBOARD

  • Accrual Dashboard shows current and projected accrual for individual studies in OnCore

  • The projected accrual is based on the moving average of the last 3 months.

  • Displays accrual data for each protocol

  • Screenshots

  • Refer Accrual Dashboard for further details

AT RISK DASHBOARD

  • Shows accrual risk across all studies belonging to a department or PI.

  • Accrual risk is defined the same as for individual studies.

  • Displays status for each cohort

  • Screenshots
