The steps below are for DHS users with an active E or C County ID number.
1) Please navigate to https://learningnet.lacounty.gov and authenticate using your DHS intranet ID and password.
2) Click on the training icon.
3) Type “ELM” in the search window and choose the course “ELM Analytics Training for Non-Orchid Users” and ensure you have chosen the online class option.
4) Choose “launch”
5) When you have completed, submit a ticket to the helpdesk with your certification.
6) Please update your data request ticket with your access status.
