5. In the path, please enter the FULL path for your specific DHS folder. For instance, if your DHS folder name is HS-00-0000 - Test you must enter: \\hostedmlkdc1.dhs.laclacounty.comgov\ha\shares\HSA-Informatics Core\HS-00-0000 - Test. This address is case and space sensitive!
6. Click Yes to all of the following messages that prompt after hitting finished.
