Be sure that you have access to ELM and have received a completion certificate from the DHS Learning Link course in order to open a ticket with DHS Helpdesk for access and the date of the next available live demo training (you should be able to see the “Projects” tab only for mainly aggregate counts, unless you are a data analyst or data modeler).
