The steps below are for DHS users with an active E or C County ID number.
1) Please navigate to https://learningnet.lacounty.gov and authenticate using your DHS intranet ID (your count E or C#) and password.
2) Click on the training icon.
3) Type “ELM” in the search window and choose the course “ELM Analytics Training for Non-Orchid Users” and ensure you have chosen the online class option.
4) Choose “launch”
5) When you have completed, submit a ticket to the helpdesk helpdesk@dhs.lacounty.gov with your certification.
6) Please update your existing data request ticket with your access status.
