Firstnet Disaster Quick Registration
Data Dictionary
This Power Insight report counts the number of disaster patients arriving to the emergency departments and FirstNet urgent cares each day.
Inclusion criteria:
FirstNet patient
"Disaster Tracking" field in the ED Quick Registration or Urgent Care Quick Registration field is not blank
User selectable prompts
Date of arrival
Tracking group
Value in "Disaster Tracking" field
ED Disposition
ARRIVAL MODE
Instructions
In Power Insight  ED Urgent Care Folder
In the "Disaster Tracking" field, choose the disaster of interest (eg "Disaster 1" or "COVID Possible") If you choose "All", you will see all ED patients, not just those marked as Disaster
Here is a sample of prompt entries that will return all HAR patients registered to the Disaster 1 and COVID Possible disaster for yesterday and today:

Three sheets, in excel format:
"Summary All" one row per date of arrival, sorted by date of arrival, with total number at bottom
Number of patients
Number of discharges: This will include patients with the following dispositions
