Logging into REDCap for the First Time

How do I retrieve my USC Net ID?

Please visit the web page http://www.usc.edu/firstlogin to retrieve your USC Computer account username (aka USC Net ID) and pick a password. 

The IVIP system only updates 3 times daily. The final daily update is at 4:00 PM Pacific Time. If you are trying to activate your USC NET ID, but are receiving an error message, or your information is not recognized, you may need to wait until the following day to active your USC NET ID.
