  1. Sign in with your E or C number and password on https://myremotepc.dhs.lacounty.gov

  2. You should see a VMWare link to launch a VMWare client

  3. If you do not see this option, you may need to request remote access by emailing helpdesk@dhs.lacounty.gov with the subject “Remove VDI Access”. The installation instructions and forms are below for reference, but contact the helpdesk to ensure you have the most recent instructions.
