REDCap and KECKCap use a USC Net ID and password to authenticate users. Non-USC and Non-CHLA Users users must obtain a USC Net ID (aka also referred to as an iVIP Account) and password to access REDCap or KECKCap. The process for obtaining this account is outlined in the two scenarios below.

Once you receive your 10-digit iVIP ID (USC ID), please active your USC NetID here
Please email your USC Net ID (not the 10 digit numeric ID) to support@sc-ctsi.org and request to be added to the REDCap inclusion group.
Once you receive notification that you have been added to the inclusion group, you will now be able to login into REDCap for the first time.

Please complete this form.
Please ask the CHLA study PI or CHLA collaborator to then forward the form to who will facilitate CHLA sponsor sign off.
Your CHLA sponsor, Warren Gabrillo, will forward the form to USC for processing.
Once complete the electronic form found athttps://redcap.link/IVIP.
The form will automatically route to the appropriate approvers.
Once processing is complete and you receive your 10-digit iVIP ID (USC ID), please active activate your USC NetID using this formNetID here.
