USC faculty, staff, and students should have standard USC Net IDs. The information for IVIP does not apply to standard accounts. The IVIP form you will submit must have Dr. Tamara Simon listed as your sponsor at CHLA. This is indicated towards the bottom of the formwill automatically route to the CHLA IVIP sponsor. It is important to understand that your IVIP sponsor is not the same as your CHLA Principal Investigator.
