Common Login Errors

My REDCap access was successfully granted, but I am getting an error message when I try to log in. What should I do?

You are likely getting an ‘inclusion group error,' which means that your USC Net ID is not added to the REDCap inclusion group. If you get this error, please email support@sc-ctsi.org with your USC Net ID (ex., abc_123) and we will add you to the inclusion group.

REDCap is asking me to verify an email address that I don’t have access to. What do I do?

Sometimes, REDCap defaults to a USC email address with your USC Net ID (ex. abc_123@usc.edu). If this occurs and you do not have access to this email address, please email support@sc-ctsi.org and we can manually change and verify your email address.

What do I do if I forgot my password?

If you are unable to reset your password through this link, please call USC ITS at 213-740-5555 for assistance.
