Here are the steps: I can't see your workbooks.

1. For now, we can publish in the Informatics Core Project (there is a designated DHS-wide validation area that we will use when we're closer to production, so Amir will likely want to use that eventually) https://elm.analytics.healtheintent.com/projects/12038
   

2. Click +Add Report
   

3. You will get this popup and fill it in with names and descriptions that are appropriate, you may want to reference the other versions in the descriptions to make it clear to the consumers which version it is that you are working on.
   

4. After the report is added, click on the torso+ icon to add users and add the users you want to see it.
