Sign in with your E or C number and password on http://mydesktop.dhs.lacounty.gov
You should see a VMWare link to launch a VMWare client
If you do not see this option, you may need to request remote access by emailing helpdesk@dhs.lacounty.gov with the subject “Remote VDI Access”. See installation instructions here and attached below.
